Sayvly(이하 "앱")을 이용해 주셔서 감사합니다. 본 개인정보 처리방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 수집·저장·이용하는지 설명합니다.

1. 서비스 성격

  • Sayvly은 로컬(기기 저장소) 중심 버전입니다.
  • 현재 버전은 백엔드 서버 연동 없이 동작합니다.
  • 로그인/회원 인증 없이 사용 가능합 니다.

2. 수집 및 저장되는 정보

앱은 다음 정보를 사용자 기기 내부에 저장할 수 있습니다.

  • 주기 정보: 생리 시작/종료일, 주기 길이, 평균 주기/기간 계산값
  • 증상 정보: 증상 종류, 강도, 메모, 기록일
  • 예측 정보: 다음 생리/배란/가임기/PMS 예측 값 및 계산 이력
  • 설정 정보: 알림 설정, 알림 시간, 언어, 테마 등 앱 환경설정
  • 온 보딩 상태: 온보딩 완료 여부 및 기본 프로필 입력 상태

3. 정보 이용 목적

  • 주기 기록/조회 및 달력 표시
  • 주기 단계 및 예측 정보 계산
  • 증상 기록 및 로컬 기반 증상 예측 표시
  • 알림 기능 제공
  • 앱 설정 유지

4. 제3자 제공 및 외 부 전송

  • 현재 Sayvly은 개인정보를 자체 백엔드로 전송하지 않습니다.
  • 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매/임대/제공하지 않습니다.
  • 법령에 따른 요청이 있는 경우 관련 법령 범위 내에서 제공될 수 있습니다.

5. 데이터 보관 및 삭제

  • 데이터는 앱이 설치된 기기 내부 저장소에 보관됩니다.
  • 앱 삭제 또는 앱 내 데이터 초기화 시 저장 데이터가 삭제될 수 있습니다.
  • 백엔드 미연동 버전 특성상 클라우드 복구는 지원하지 않습니다.

6. 사용자 권리

  • 앱 내 저장된 데이터 열람
  • 기록 및 설정 정보 수정
  • 기록 삭제 또는 앱 삭제를 통한 데이터 삭제

7. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

8. 보안

앱은 로컬 저장 데이터를 안전하게 처리하기 위해 합리적인 보호 조치를 적용합니다. 다만 사용자 기기 보안 상태(잠금 설정, OS 보안 등)에 따라 보호 수준이 달라질 수 있습니다.

1. Service Scope

  • Sayvly is a local-storage-first version.
  • The current version operates without backend server integration.
  • Login/member authentication is not required.

2. Data Stored

The App may store the following data locally on your device:

  • Cycle Data: period start/end dates, cycle length, average cycle/period values
  • Symptom Data: symptom type, intensity, memo, record date
  • Prediction Data: predicted period/ovulation/fertile/PMS windows and calculation history
  • Settings Data: notification settings, notification time, language, theme
  • Onboarding State: onboarding completion and basic profile setup state

3. Purpose of Use

  • Cycle tracking and calendar/day-detail views
  • Cycle phase and prediction calculations
  • Symptom recording and local prediction display
  • Notification features
  • Persisting app preferences

4. Third-Party Sharing and Transfer

  • Sayvly does not transmit personal data to its own backend in the current version.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties.
  • Data may be disclosed only where required by applicable law.

5. Retention and Deletion

  • Data is stored in local device storage.
  • App deletion or in-app reset may remove stored data.
  • Cloud backup/restore is not available in this local-only build.

6. Your Rights

  • Access your data in the app
  • Modify records and settings
  • Delete records or remove data by uninstalling the app

7. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

8. Security

We apply reasonable safeguards for locally stored data. Protection level may vary depending on your device security configuration.
